Shipping Information

Please read below for guidance on our shipping rates and services.

 

When will my order be despatched?

We endeavour to dispatch goods ordered within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please allow 2-3 working days for UK delivery. For international orders we aim to deliver within 5 working days.

NB: You should check with customs that the item is permitted. Any customs or import duties charged are solely responsible by that of the recipient of the parcel. TCF has no control over these charges nor can we predict what they may be.

Please note, there is no shipping on UK national holidays.

 

Do you ship to my country?

Simply add your items to the shopping cart and on checkout; from the drop-down menu select your country. The checkout should calculate the shipping for you. If you're unable to select your country please send us an email via the contact form.

 

Which courier service do you use?

Our parcels are sent using Royal Mail's Recorded Signed For™ service. A signature is required on delivery.

 

How much does shipping cost?

UK MAINLAND :

      At present, all orders within the UK will receive FREE SHIPPING.

 

REST OF THE WORLD :

      International shipping starts from £1.50 GBP: please see the checkout for actual total.

 

A product I like is out of stock. Do you re-stock sold out products?

All TCF merchandise is limited stock and will be re-printed based on supply and demand.

 

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. If you need any further clarification regarding your product, please send us an email via the contact form.

TCF are more than happy to exchange unworn, unused item(s) 14 days from the original purchase date only in the event of the following:

      Requesting a size exchange.

      The product has a manufacturing fault.

      The incorrect product was shipped.

 

Return shipping is at the customer's charge, unless otherwise stated. For your protection and piece of mind; we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable method such as Royal Mail's recorded delivery service. Please retain receipts and tracking information for your records.

Please allow 7-10 business days after receipt for your exchange to be processed and shipped to you.

 

Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the above.
